What this is

A working event, not a conference you nap through.

Forget the ballroom with sticky carpet and the lanyard with your name spelled wrong. This is the team, a room full of people who run real stores, and three days of getting work done in a house on the water.

You'll leave with things fixed, and zero tote bags of pens to abandon at the airport.

The agenda

Two days of work, one day of building, and nobody reading slides at you.

Wednesday and Thursday are full session days. Friday is Builders Day. Lunch on session days and the Thursday closing dinner come with every ticket.

  • Full-day sessions. Bring the account you've been avoiding.
  • Dinner squads. Small groups, good food, the conversations that keep going after the check comes.

  • Full-day sessions. Round two, now that everyone is warmed up and the coffee has kicked in.
  • Closing dinner. The whole room together, included with your ticket.

Friday
February 5
  • Builders Day. No stage, no schedule. We hang out, mastermind, and solve all the world’s problems. Or at least your funnel.
The venue

We're doing this in a beach house. The conference center can stay lonely.

Pool out back, a rooftop deck for sunsets, and a game room for when the strategy talk gets competitive. You may not want to leave, but we understand. We don't either.

Flying in?

Book into VPS (Destin–Fort Walton Beach). It's about 30 minutes from the house. Pensacola (PNS) and Panama City (ECP) work too, but plan on 70 to 90 minutes in the car.

Four of you actually move in.

With the VIP upgrade, the house is also where you sleep. Four private rooms, four nights (Tuesday through Saturday), food handled, and four straight days under the same roof as the team. When the sessions end, you're still in the room where it keeps happening.

Room assignments can change. The king bed can't: every VIP guest is always offered one.
